⭐︎ Step into the beautiful void with me. Step into the endless spaciousness from which all things arise. Together, we will go to the place before dreams are born, and steep in the nourishing embrace of the darkness, knowing that at any moment, the first glow will appear on the horizon.

⭐︎ I'm honored to create an in-person winter solstice experience for you that includes movement and stillness, sound and silence, wisdom of the season, and guided meditation to rejuvenate during this often busy time.

⭐︎ Join me on Sunday, December 18th from 10am-12pm EST. To be followed by a gluten-free/coeliac friendly, vegan lunch, all included.
